All applications must go through Handshake. Applications that are turned in person are not accepted 

  •  Register and sign up on SRU'S Handshakewebsite 
  • On the left-hand side – click on JOBS 
  • In the search bar, type in “Library” – make sure that you have selected “On Campus 
  • Under the Job Description area for the library postings, view the work needed for each of the units at the library, and the requirements.  
  • Complete the application process as described.

 What happens after I complete the application process on Handshake? 

All applications are downloaded and reviewed by the library unit supervisors. If your application meets the needs and criteria, a unit supervisor will contact you to set up an interview.
